Therefore, we must take actions, Laws related to work should be modified and improved and high schools should include career orientations for students.

Adding to that, we should improve social insurance and protective laws for laborers and protect syndicates.

We can include a mandatory course for grade 12 students. This course should be about career orientation (market demand, skills, and knowledge required, personality tests).
