Understanding the entrepreneurial journey from concept to market entry.
Sprint 2 – Design Thinking and Market Research (Weeks 3-4) +
Applying design thinking principles and conducting comprehensive market research.
Sprint 3 – Lean Canvas and Business Literacy (Weeks 5-6) +
Building your business model with the Lean Canvas framework and developing business fundamentals.
Sprint 4 – Financial Literacy and Investment Readiness (Weeks 7-8) +
