[The dead remain dead,

But who remained suffers in purgatory]

“Die,” says the dictator

And the remainders of a lost country get swallowed by greed

Undying remains its legacy

Red its flag, tainted its future

soldiers died for solitude

No soul in sight, only the reflection of a culture lost in history

Haunts its remains, only the echoes of memory

Politics crucified it beyond the grave

Only the coward shall prevail

Robbed by the blue soldiers

Still begging them to stop

Begged again for solitude

But only coil can suppress their greed

shackled by their graves, there’s no escape

Slowly entering the realm of madmen

Extruding insanity for fantasies

The river carried us, but still thirst ravished within us

Trying to succumb to the shackles of our sea

Have you not seen said insanity?
