A NATION-WIDE APPROACH TO RESPOND TO THE COVID-19 SPREAD IN LEBANON is made possible by a generous contribution of the US Government, through the United States Agency for International Development, to the American University of Beirut.
AUB is leading this national effort to ensure that more hospitals across Lebanon are well prepared to receive and care for COVID-19 patients.
AUB will ensure training and delivery of PPE to the designated partner hospitals.
A multi-disciplinary team including employees from different units and departments (Communication, Environmental Health Safety, Infection Prevention & Control, Information Technology, Nursing, and Public Health), in addition to administrative support staff and physicians are collaborating to achieve the project’s objectives.
