GRIND

D2T-5

GRIND, “we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” — Will Durant. We are all haunted by bad habits. Whether it be a lack of exercising, smoking, eating junk food or even excess use of screens, we can all identify at least one bad habit that we’d like to replace with a good one- that is exactly what GRIND will allow you to do. GRIND transcends any fitness or wellness app, it is through and through a life companion app. With this app, users will have access to AI generated workout plans customized according to the user’s height, current weight, level at the gym and finally their end goal. Furthermore, for individuals who have tried eating healthy and saw no change, then have no worries, GRIND will guarantee results through an AI-generated meal plan tailored towards the user’s current weight, metabolism, food preferences/allergies and end goal in terms of weight loss/ muscle growth…To continue, for individuals who find it difficult to manage their time and find that to be an adequate reason to fall into bad habits, GRIND doesn’t excuse such behavior; the app has a schedule feature where –after the user inputs their work schedule- an AI generated schedule will be developed, organizing a once unhealthy and messy schedule into a productive and organized one, assuring a better life style. Moreover, our app also offers a “Gym-Buddies” where-using AI algorithms- users of similar orientations and similar end goals will be connected, in order to make the journey a more enjoyable and less lonely one; additionally, this could allow users in close proximity to meet up and train together, ensuring a more productive session. Finally we will have a “Home” feature where users will post their progress, our AI will have it so that individuals following a similar journey as each other will appear on their pages to serve as motivation, to show that it is indeed possible.
