Academia 2.0, a student-centred learning experience which represents their alternative educational approach based on the insights they gathered. This approach entails a shift in course delivery methods, switching to completely asynchronous course delivery, coupled with a change in course assessment methods wherein exams would be eliminated and replaced with more interactive and open-formatted assessment methods including cases, and discussions. And finally, this new educational approach would be championed by novel tools that would facilitate learning including UpGrade which is an alternative interactive and more advanced learning management system, and a course development program.
