Mr. Al-Jundi is the owner of Saudi Diyar Consulting, a regional architectural and design consultant firm based in Jeddah that operates throughout the Arab world.
A generous donor who has supported many important initiatives at AUB, Mr. Al-Jundi was accompanied last week by his wife, Mrs. Laila Al-Jundi, his daughter and AUB alumna, Mrs. Nora Al-Jundi, and Mr. Mutaz Sawwaf.

A state-of-the-art education center, The Dar Al-Wafaa Simulation Center will provide medical and nursing students and residents with access to the latest simulation equipment including low and high fidelity technology.  It will provide training to prepare students to operate effectively in a full range of real-life situations including surgery, emergency medicine, intensive care medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and anesthesia.  The Dar Al Wafaa Center will be located on the 3rd floor of the Academic and Clinical Center, which is scheduled for completion in summer 2015.
