The AUB4Beirut Run

More than 250 alumni and friends in 12 countries took part in the AUB4Beirut Run on September 18-20. A pandemic-safe, outdoor event that included hiking, biking and walking. The “run” raised more than$105,000 for AUB4Beirut Disaster Response initiatives. WAAAUB chapters in Canada (Montreal and Ottawa), Cyprus, Germany, Kuwait, Lebanon, Singapore, the UK, and the US (Atlanta, Houston, Indiana, Greater Los Angeles, Midwest, North Carolina, Orange County, and Philadelphia/Delaware Valley) rallied their members and organized special activities.

Several participants commented on how much they enjoyed being with other alumni and friends especially during these challenging times. “We all want to help our alma mater and the people of Lebanon,” said Jazi.
