Julia is a Ph.D. student enrolled in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at AUB. She joined the lab in 2017 to work on transfer learning on non-Euclidean data, conversational agents and several deep learning applications. Previously, she has received her BS. and MS. in Computer Science from AUB, in 2015 and 2017 respectively.

Research Interests: Multi-task and Transfer learning, Scalable Machine Learning Applications, Distributed Optimization, Parallel Computing, and Reinforcement Learning.
