Short Biography

Dr. Evelyne Baroud received her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the American University of Beirut. She completed her general Psychiatry residency training at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. Dr. Baroud then joined the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where she completed two years of subspecialty fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Baroud has been involved in several research projects, including papers based on original data, case reports and review papers, which have been peer-reviewed and published. She has presented her research as posters and oral presentations at conferences locally, regionally and internationally. Dr. Baroud has a specific interest in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Emotion Dysregulation, and in mood and anxiety disorders in younger kids.  She is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and of the Early Career Psychiatrists Section of the World Psychiatric Association.
